چکیده

The article describes a nonlinear theory of how the presence third elements affects results analyzing elemental composition substances by means atomic emission spectroscopy. is based on assumption that there an arbitrary relationship between intensity analytical line analyte and concentration impurities alloying elements. has been tested simulation problem using commercially available equipment (the SPAS-05 spark spectrometer). By comparing proposed algorithm with traditional one, which assumes linear intensities spectral lines (or concentrations) in substance, it was revealed severalfold decrease deviations nominal impurity concentrations from measured ones. this study allow for reducing number procedures used materials have different compositions same matrix element. For instance, becomes possible to determine iron-based alloys (low-alloy carbon steels; high-speed high-alloy, heat-resistant steels) one calibration curve within framework universal method.

Atomic emission spectroscopy in high electric fields

Pulsed-power driven ion diodes generating quasi-static, -10 MV/cm, 1-cm scale-length electric fields are used to accelerate lithium ion beams for inertial confinement fusion applications. Atomic emission spectroscopy measurements contribute to understanding the acceleration gap physics, in particular by combining timeand space-resolved measurements of the electric field with the Poisson equatio...

Ultra-nonlocality in density functional theory for photo-emission spectroscopy.

We derive an exact expression for the photocurrent of photo-emission spectroscopy using time-dependent current density functional theory (TDCDFT). This expression is given as an integral over the Kohn-Sham spectral function renormalized by effective potentials that depend on the exchange-correlation kernel of current density functional theory. We analyze in detail the physical content of this e...

Theory of single molecule emission spectroscopy.

A general theory and calculation framework for the prediction of frequency-resolved single molecule photon counting statistics is presented. Expressions for the generating function of photon counts are derived, both for the case of naive "detection" based solely on photon emission from the molecule and also for experimentally realizable detection of emitted photons, and are used to explicitly c...

MONITORING OF LEAD POISONING IN SIMPLE WORKERS OF A COPYING CENTER BY FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY

Inorganic lead compounds are used most widely in paint and pigment industries. Because of exposure to lead dust in workers in a copying center, we compared blood lead levels in these workers to normal individuals and investigated the relationship between job tenures of the workers and their blood lead levels. This survey was performed on 20 simple workers in a copying center of Tehran Univ...
